- Jose Velazquez is an an independent filmmaker with a passion for Documentary Photography and Political Cinema. As an artist in a sadly homogenized medium dominated by commercialism and infantilized narrative, he strongly believes Documentary allows us true opportunities to counteract this pernicious globalization.
